CENTER

i) To provide administrative support tools/equipment to tenants to enable
them to improve their business operation.


ii) To provide relevant and adequate materials that will benefit the SME’s


iii) To provide adequate access to Internet services for the SMEs.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY AND HOW IS THE SELECTION PROCESS DONE?

 

 

Any person who wants to have a smart start up to their own business and wants to be their own boss can apply.

 

 

ENTRY CRITERIA FOR POTENTIAL ENTREPRENEURS

​

  • Must possess a self-driven and highly motivated entrepreneurial attitude.

​

  • Businesses MUST be registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

​

  • Potential entrepreneurs must submit a business plan and supporting information such as brochures or pictures of their business products/service.

​

  • Businesses must be in Textile, Arts and Craft, Joinery, Innovative business (e.g. solar installation and maintenance, IT related business).

​

  • Entrepreneur must be willing to comply with the conditions of the development and lease agreement.

​

  • The center furthermore puts a strong emphasis on the full-time involvement of the entrepreneur.
